  11. I have had a problem uploading files with my modem blaster. When I
  12. start to upload, it hangs after a few thousand bytes. 
  13. The strange thing is that this happens when I try to upload to an ftp
  14. site, or attach a file to my mail program. Whats strange is that
  15. downloading is great, no problems, and all other internet utilities
  16. work fine. It's just in uploading that there is a problem.
  17. This is a modem Blaster 28.8 modem.
  18.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
